Skilled International Litigation Attorneys
Deming PLLC attorneys also have experience handling investigations and litigation involving securities violations, white collar crime, criminal tax evasion, and multi-national employment law matters. Nonetheless, Deming PLLC recognizes that litigation is not always the best mechanism for resolving disputes. Often, various means of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation, arbitration, and negotiation, can produce outcomes that are more beneficial to all parties.

In addition to handling complex international litigation matters, Deming PLLC has experience seeking international business, legal and financial records, related to domestic litigation.
